Zack Winfield

Zack Winfield graduated from the university of Edinburgh with an MA (Hons) in Hispanic Literature and Cinema. He began in theatre production with the creation of Tough Monkey Productions and spent three years as a theatre producer in Edinburgh, producing successful shows such as ‘Mighty Dread’ and ‘Gogo’ in the Edinburgh Festival and beyond.

Zack joined the production team at NDF International in 2002, working on a wide range of NDF’s development projects including Franco Zeffirelli’s ‘The Florentines’. He worked as Associate Producer (and Music Supervisor) on UK-SP-JP copro ‘Guantanamero’ (dir. Vicente Penarrocha, c. Derek Jacobi and Natalia Verbeke) and formed a producing partnership with Ado Yoshizaki across the NDF companies.

In 2007 Zack was the Project Producer on the album ‘The Revolution Presents: Revolution’ - which was originally recorded as the soundtrack to Guantanamero - released internationally as a standalone album by !K7/Rapster Records. One of the tracks has recently been featured in HBO’s ‘Luck’ (dir. Michael Mann)

In 2012, Zack produced British action thriller Last Passenger, which is being sold internationally by Pathe for a 2013 release.
